In class work – approx. 100 pt
Materials – 2 3 ½ inch High Density floppy disks. Or a memory stick.
Software - This course starts with "Notepad" the minimal software necessary. Later on we will demonstrate some of the WYSIWYG editors like Netscape Communicator, and Front Page. We will also need to become familiar with an FTP program.
Student Files – Student files can be found from the lab computers by going to Drive "G" at g:\shared\DeMaria\HTML Find the files and copy them to your disk first. You cannot modify the files on the "G" drive.
Attendance – Attendance is very important to your success as a student. Points covered during lecture will show up on the exams. It is your responsibility to keep up with the class work if you must be absent. If you miss a quiz you MUST make up that quiz before the next class. No Exceptions! Homework assignments should be turned in ASAP. When a section is finished all assignments from that section must be turned in or they will not receive any points.
Plagiarism – The school policy on cheating and behavior is in the Student Handbook. Familiarize yourself with the rules so there will be no surprises.
Accommodation Policy – If you have any documented disability I will be glad to work out an accommodation with you. Please contact the Learning Services Dept. for the proper paperwork.
