The site, the plan, and model that started it all....

Here is a view towards the back of our lot.
Actually the house will sit further from the  pond but there will be nothing in the way.


Here are the plans!  This house will have 1384 sq ft on the main floor and 400 sq ft finished in the walkout level.

The site slopes a bit!  Actually it's not going to be too bad.  
At first we thought we'd put in retaining walls but now we may just slope the land.
