 Deck 
The crew is finishing up the exterior work which is good because it's starting to get cold outside!


The back deck is getting framed.  We've also planted a maple in the yard.

The deck boards are laid on top.  Once the decking is on the contractor will put up the rails. 



The front and side yards were sodded and the back was seeded.  This is what typically happens. 



since we're seeding late in the fall we hope none will sprout.  We want the seed to go dormant until spring.  The spreader created these furrows as the seed was placed.
