Final
Walk-through
The house is basically finished with a few things to adjust. At this
stage in the process the owner goes through the residence with the contractor
and verifies that everything is completed. If items are missing or
not quite right they are put on a punch list. Some money from the final
draw is reserved until these items are completed.

A view of our mailbox. Always contact the Post Office for requirements.
Determining where to locate the house numbers was tricky. Originally
they were to have been placed over the garage doors but with vinyl siding
they would have not set right. By placing them on the corner board,
they laid flat and didn't make a hole right up in the plywood underneath
the siding.
This is an extra feature we included - an outside keypad to open the garage
door. Now if we are working in the yard and need to get
into the garage we don't have to go through the house. It is battery
operated and needs no wiring.
A view of the doorbell. A wire runs through the grout and into the
house.
A panoramic view of the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room.
A close up of the finished fireplace. The switches by the fireplace
turn on a light in the niche and the blower fan that blows the
warm air of the fire into the room. The switch which turns on the fireplace
is actually by the front door. There is a requirement that the two
switches must be separated.

A close up of the cabinets. We placed a cabinet face on the dishwasher
so that it would match the cabinets since it was placed so close to the stove.
A finished view of the kid's bath.
A view of the finished niche. This was captured space over the stairs.
A panoramic view of the Family Room.
Another view from a different direction.
A view of our water softener. This was actually installed a few weeks
after we moved in.
